J.lo is keeping with the Holiday swing of things. This winter white gown complete with leaf-like paillettes and beading make us wish we were on a hilltop of a winter wonderland.
We are totally digging her silver and white shadow around the eyes and the high slit that show off her perfectly sculpted legs. This is a definite PASS that makes us want to hit the gym asap!
Blair “Bee” Eadie’s blog, Atlantic-Pacific, was one we stumbled upon in our ever quest to find the next best blogger style. With a fashion sense not unlike Jenna Lyons, Bee tends to gravitate towards a preppy-clean look with an affinity for layering. Be it with apparel or loads or accessories, this SF native makes us want to rethink our wardrobes. Not only did we fall in love with her fresh take on color, Bee makes us want to dig out all our favorite bangles and chain necklaces and pile them on. We see her style as somewhere betwixt J.Crew and Tory Burch.
If you haven’t had the pleasure of reading and gawking at this San Francisco merchandiser-by-day-slash-blogger-by-night, then you must carve out some well needed down procrastination time.
PS We are as obsessed with shades as she is!
If you are obsessed with the Kaiser—the fashion Kaiser that is—then you will drool at the latest, weirdest incarnation of Karl. The once-upon-a-time bloated fan-waving king of Chanel and the rest of the fashion world is clearly looking to swirl his slender self all over the place, and this year you can treat yourself to your very own Karl globe, complete with faux snow and gold flakes. The only snag is that you need to live in Europe or Singapore. And that’s not all—the Karl globe celebrates a collaboration between the Kaiser and Sephora on a line of make-up and accessories. WTF, do we really need Lagerfeld-approved eye shadow?
The biggest question is: How did they fit KL’s ego inside that small dome?
Just because it’s getting colder outside, doesn’t mean we need to start dressing like bag ladies. It’s never been more accepted to wear white after Labor Day… so why not keep those summer neutrals all the way into fall? topped with this killer suede maxi wrap coat and a hint of midnight velvet, we are ready to throw down and party like it’s 1999.
This week Versace & H&M threw a swinging fashion show-slash-concert-slash-shopping event to celebrate their collaboration with none other than Donatella Versace, in the flesh.
The red carpet was bumping with celebs, supermodels, hotties and none other than Prince! We mingled in a room made up of gold trimmed mirrors, sipped champagne and eaves-dropped on the downtown cool kids and the uptown high-brow. Eventually, we were all shuttled into a second room featuring a shiny gold runway.
The show began. We gawked at the 10 foot model replications of Donatella’s vision of chic miami and 90′s palm beach. If all this wasn’t enough, we then sipped champs with Abbie Cornish, Chace Crawford and Sofia Coppola while enjoying a little Nicky Minaj & Prince tunes specially dedicated to Donatella.
Couldn’t ask for more. We can’t wait to get our hands on some of these duds.
